My AV went crazy too, but it's actually a false positive.
I even reported it in the forums as being such.

actually, what it is is several tools compiled into a little sidebar UI. Website hits generator, a couple different DDOS like tools, etc. It doesn't work that well, as in you have to link a few to command prompt. But it's still a neat lil program.
